Enrolled Agent or CPA

This isn't a compliance-only position. As Tax Manager at Revo, you'll work directly with high-income clients to execute year-round tax strategies — not just prepare returns. You'll be the primary point of contact for a dedicated client portfolio, owning both the relationship and the outcome. If you've spent years doing things the traditional way and know there's a better approach, this is where you put that to work.

What you'll do:

Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individual and business clients
Execute proactive tax planning strategies alongside senior advisors
Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns
Participate in client meetings, quarterly reviews, and monthly AMAs
Identify planning opportunities and communicate them clearly to clients
Stay current on tax law changes and assess impact across the client base

What we're looking for:

Active EA or CPA designation required
4+ years of tax experience, ideally with high-income individuals or small business owners
Comfortable with complexity — S-corps, partnerships, real estate, investments
Strong communicator who can translate tax strategy into plain language
Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-moving, non-corporate environment
Experience with oil & gas or investment structures a plus
